The product can endure natural environmental changes and low temperature erosion with enough toughness and hardness. It is light with heavy buoyancy. These products are antifreeze, anti-corrosion, anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging, free from seawater, chemicals, drugs, grease and aquatic organisms, no pollution, no environmental damage, bright colors, long service life, flexible modeling, no need of post-maintenance. The pontoon is formed once with no seam. There is No water seepage, no water retention problems. And it can be recycled. 

2、The pontoon surface of the buoy body is designed with anti-skid pattern, which is safe and stable. The four corners are all of the obtuse Angle shape of circular arc to avoid the common dangers of cement, wood and iron facilities, such as slipping, being hurt by wood chips and embroidery nails.

3、The product has a high bearing capacity, the pontoon body is stable and durable, and the buoyancy per square meter can reach more than 350kg.It can be used normally under temperature -60℃ to 80℃. Strong weather resistance: Anti-UV, anti-cold, anti-sea water, Chemicals, oil, etc.

Three、Product performance:

1、Description of the vertical and horizontal bearing capacity of the floating dock:

（1）The height of the single-layer pontoon is 40cm, each square meter is composed of 4 pontoons, and the load per square meter is 100% 350kg

• No-load draft：2.5-3cm

• Draft when carrying 150kg:15-20cm(Safely use)

• Draft when carrying 300kg: 35-37cm (load limit)

• Single layer dock: The displacement per square meter is 400kg

（2）Height of two layer pontoon is 80cm. Each square meter is composed of 8 pontoons. The load per square meter is 640kg. 

• Dead draft:3-5cm

• Draft when carrying 460kg:40-50cm(Safely use)

• Draft when carrying 700kg:40-50cm(load limit)

2、Diagonal pull test:

The diagonal connecting ears of the single pontoon can withstand a tensile force of more than 1600 kg without deformation or breakage

4、Wave force floating dock can bear:

It is safe to use within 5 wind and wave level

Safety protection should be strengthened in the wind and wave level 5-7

It is limited to use when the water surface wind wave level 7-10

5、Friction coefficient of product surface:

Coefficient of rubber material on product surface: μ≥3.1

Material coefficient of product surface to metal: μ≥1.2

6、Anchorage mode of Floating dock:

（1）When the water depth is less than 3 meters, steel piles are erected at appropriate positions for fixation. Then the piles are connected by roller sliding frame, which can not only prevent the Floating Wharf from moving from left to right, but also can automatically rise and fall with the water level. 

（2）When the water depth is over 3 meters, it is recommended to sink the anchors to fix the platform, with the anchor method of steel cable cross traction

（3）The combined water platform is made of very strong HMWHDPE (high molecular weight polyethylene), and various chemical additives, such as antistatic agents, antioxidants, anti-ultraviolet agents, etc., are added to make the material have good resistance, weatherability and impact resistance. The life of the buoy body can reach more than 15 years under normal use.
